The twelfth qualifier for the JeeSports Quakelive August 2011 Championship Series will be played Saturday 13th of August at 07:00 CDT. The check-in starts 30min before.

Note that Battleforged was replaced with Blood Run in the map list!

50 is fine, 100 is bad. Check your connection during late hours - should be more "stable" ping wise.

I have mixed feelings on t9. I like playing/spectating it, but when there's just endless streams of plasma spamming at all the teleporters, it gets really old fast, and really boring to spectate.

good move even though I liked battleforged, but its existence was pointless since nobody was playing it.

now add dm6, advertise the map pool, ignore the whine and see the sign ups rise.

i mean which new map is >really< good? hektik? t9? bf? dismemberment (ok its not new)?
ok t7 was good, but that basically a dm6 with 2 yellows
just put back dm6 thats it.

true, this thing fucks the game like nothing else, at least duel. I hope id will stop that.

they could make a cup with standard maps though, but everybody wants to copy the others, like the others were a success. It's funny.

also would be nice to see fun handicad tourneys. 40 sign ups are not a lot, they should try new things.

I think they should try out a free mappool and see if they get more sign-ups.

ztn, dm13, dm6, t4 and Furious Heights.

Only map I'd miss is Aerowalk.

I noticed on the cup thek1ng tried to set up, Phrantic was in the map pool.

What do people think of that map? I think now they've removed rail gun from it, it's actually quite an interesting map.

Would love to hear feedback about that..

It got actually worse after railgun was taken out. I don't mean it should have a railgun but maybe they should remove the SG aswell or add a mega or smth. Armor weights nothing on the map at it's current state so it's just another hektik maybe even more "hektiky" than hektik itself.
