Sorry, but you can not call it a Latin American tourney, since just a few (really small number) players from other country but Argentina can play with decent ping.

it's the same in Europe and in NA, in which some people play with 10ms and others with 80+ (cypher for example). Chile, Argentina and Brazil are next to each other, so Latam tournaments are more than doable.

Seems like the participant list broke after they changed the dates, but I remember at least 5 from Chile and 3 from Brazil.

Actually you and your brother signed up too. I recall you played on Argentinian servers with about 65ms.

nope. It's still South American because no one cares if people from only one country can't play.
It's high time to have regional tournaments, and I think this initiative shouldn't be hindered because one or 2 players can't participate. That goes for every gametype, not only duel.

BTW that seems very unlikely. Try different ISPs (routing is a bitch), better connections (mainly cybercafes) and so on.

They moved the pc to another datacenter. I don't know why you have 160 ping now. It's the first time i hear a complain about that.

avenger you have to re-sing up. the other tournaments where canceled.
