it IS short, but the hitsound would interfere with the excellent soundtrack

if it would interfere then the soundtrack is wrong

cool little movie, but looks like a very long intro.

I see what you're trying to do.

A few tips :

flow is the keyword, you got to have non stop action.
your cams are alright but they have to be more dynamic, you can't really just put a cam in one place and expect it to be exciting.
syncing is good, but it should serve the flow rather than slow it down.

Your movie is missing what made those sorts of clips in e.g. KOS's movies good. Call it aesthetics.

A centered gun looks worse than a gun on the right. No ingame sounds doesn't always work either.

agree with kg. love this style of editing though. this is the kind of stuff i want to create when i get a desktop.

couple of things that i love in this:

+ the flickering keel at 0:33
+ the idea of the motionless nade at 0:38 although i think you should have (if possible) remodelled the nade to make it more detailed and lower the camera and tilt it up (both very slightly) so that it's looking up at the nade and not just travelling along with it.
+ the random camera angle at 1:11, reminds me of some angles used in GQ3

this is a damn sight better than most movies and makes me want to play more than just the standard 'frag + frag + frag + generic mp3 = movie' approach to editing
