Event: Asus Sum'09

ASUS continues its new tradition to make online cups before the big main LAN event in

Moscow. Today, the

Quake3 vq3 tournament is taking place with payed tickets/quotes as prizes! We hope to see best players from CIS to compete each other and everyone is welcome to watch this epic action. All the info about the tournament you can get from the official tournament channel

Agreed, everyone seems to hit even better now with lg, and don't even get me started on the netcode, rocket splash is monsterous, sg is bullshit, and you can rail on your enemys aura and still it registers.... and the movement is so easy, anyone can make bridge2rail ruined pro-q3tourney7 a perfect 2v2 map, everyone can do ya-mh jump(now known as qztourney6) in a single jump.

15 minutes vq3 matches (despite vq3s many faults such as Imbalanced weapons and shitty spawn system) on gtv are a shitload more fun to spec then all those 10 min ql matches. I wish more tourneys would use vq3 instead of quake live for the time being.

get used to one, then to the other, then to the first again, and on and on.
