Using an old geographical atlas. Doesn't count as mouse pad I guess. My mouse is so fast he runs from NY to Tokio in one fraction of a second, so to speak.

A nice way to wear down your mice feet and waste money replacing them often.

or if you're anything like me, you take the feet off and forget about them. some mouse feet actually cause MORE friction anyways.

That seems like a horribly imprecise statement. Which mouse feet are you talking about? The ones attached to furry little animals that have claws? Because yeah, those would not slide well on a mousepad, and the mouse might actually run away.

i didnt like hyperglides on any mouse or mouse pad i used them with. they felt worse to me than a mouse without feet at all. when the feet on my 1.1a wear out, i'll just pull them off and never replace. nbd.

I used to until I had to change desks, now I absolutely need one and I don't think i'll ever NOT use a QCK+ no matter what setup I have.

To avoid this mouse pad issue, simply stop using mice and get a joystick.
