well for me it's mostly about moving out to university and enjoying life there. with say 21 you're right in the middle, nothing too serious yet but well established, some experience, good friends, living on your own, allowed to do whatever you want (21), ...

that's still ahead of you when you're 16 again ;)

also depends ;) my uni is like 20mins away by pub. transport and i don't meet the same people much because there's lot of them and everybody has a diferent personal schedule
it's more about the campus life probably because you meet those people regularly around unlike me ;p

indeed.. those were the times of experimenting and wicked drinking :P lots of nice memories because we had a great class at high school
as for the spyteman's rules - my parents weren't that strict about it so i didn't feel limited
