I dunno wot the speed limits in America are, but here in oz r insanely low...

in built up area/suburbias (where there is no speed signs "50km/h")

Then theres normal streets with "60k/h" limit and also some exceptions with "70k/h"...

Our freeways etc r limited to a fkn measly "100k/h" max no exception!

maybe that's for a reason. I guess you don't have to drive on the roads if you don't want to. then again, you can't exactly go and build your own.

Its fast enough especially for younger drivers a statement like: "I love breaking the speed limit which doesnt mean im stupid, just not easily entertained i guess :|" Really shows why so many young people die on the roads down here, that and they're pathetic drivers who think they can drive. Probably another reason why I haven't ever bothered to get my drivers license.

I know many young people who have had a crash infact more than I can remember, maybe not serious or anything like that but they have crashed. To the point my dad has been driving for the past 30 years for his living, before that he was on the race track, yes he does go over the limit but he would never in built up areas e.g. the "50kmph" areas you seem to be whinging about. Its ok if you have an open road infront of you, with no stock around, or anything like that. Anyway in those 30 years and some 2-3 million km's he has driven guess what hes never had an accident (touch wood) not even a minor one. Luck is involved of course but after driving with him and other young people I understand why so many accidents happen.
