In EU its Twitch's fault. Their servers are at max capacity at every major event.

when some video lags like hell i just type it in in cmd, f5 yt, and it's insta buffering the video

if anything the f5 fixes it, you only have to add the rules once. i tried it both ways, with command line and doing it manually in the advanced firewall settings but as posted before, it didnt make a difference. its kinda weird, i never had lag issues with twitch until like 2 weeks ago and since then its really, really bad.

yeah with twitch it didn't help at all, i got lags anyway
what i'm doing is waching streams from VLC
but with youtube it helped for real...

That'll work for a while, then your ISP will notice it and fuxxor the peering again.

Also, I guess you can't prefetch video with this ? Always gotta load the full video ?

I never had a problem with youtube, but twitch on the other hand is really unwatchable sometimes like faceit sunday and I think it is their fault. Speaking for europe region.
