I don't think its a bad idea to put it in tdmpickup, I just, again, wanted to point out the irony of the 'tdm' in 'tdmpickup'.

unfortunatelly i dont get to play tdm, since nobody wants me.

and yes tdmpickup is not tdm, i barely get dropped something else than a plasma or a sg, and everybody just wants personal +net instead of a winning team...

Like Campgrounds, it seems to be one of those maps that translate well to many gametypes. During testing we played it quite often in 4v4 team based games.

I think, and i've not yet played it, it looks like its dm6 ish. and iven though I like that dm6 is out of the current mappool, I would not say no to a brouader list of maps. e.g. aero and hektik are just too close in terms of gameplay. and sinister has a very unique gameplay because of the rail. if the pros can handle that, i'd like to see it in a mappool aswell, because of its unique gamestyle.

Specced one pickup on terminatria and it really looked nice fast-paced due to the vertical gameplay and the teleporters connecting lowest with highest floor.

you find it balanced?

i admit, didnt play it, but had a quick look, RA side imo is much stronger, you get lg and rail :S

balanced? t7 is perfect example...

most of times you get equal stacks, both players have rl and lg or rail... thats the most possible equal split ever...

rail, rl, sg, pg, 50 health, and crazy good positions to rail mega from? shaft isnt very hard to get, because attacking it with rl isnt much of a problem, and its also easy to rail/+back with rl if opponent is defending, opposed to rail which can be death trap.

however, t7 is the most balanced map imo

i would not agree... shaft placement is very tricky, and you actually can trap there quite efficent...

but fuck this, t7 best map ever

Played some in tdmpug last night and enjoyed it. The spawns are a bit iffy mind, it'll respawn fragged enemies below you (and, a few times, right in front of you) as opposed to further away on the map.

i spent two hours on it and couldnt find mega
