I thought it was great, but It's a bit too 'hardcore' for the sake of style, which difficulty of comprehension. Maybe a bit of slow-motion, lower FOV, more time for set-up and post frag time would have landed to more contrast, impact, and clarity.

The music is utter shit.
The frags are meh.
But the movie feels different and that's what makes it fucking awesome. I wish more people had balls and did stuff like you just did or like the japanese players used to do one or two years ago.

Are you referring to Lost Control?

If so, it's true that not a whole lot of people like hectic or over-the-top editing these days. There are a few movies I know of that rely more on editing than content, but they are still completely different in terms of style.

Over-editing a movie can only work when the editor is creative enough to make it work, which is VERY rare. Otherwise, it just looks like shit and only holds the viewer's attention for a minute or so. I watched this whole thing through, and will probably re-watch it soon.

Yeah, that one and its sequel. I remember the music and the intro more than anything to be honest :p

The intro for the first one was the first time I had seen any editing like that in a QL movie. The fact that it was done with QL, not wolfcam, makes it a lot more impressive, even though it's a really simple technique.

damn that movie was so utterly cool and badass at the same time that I even forgive some of the average type frags. This movie had a similar feel as "badge 2", though this one is much faster and badge 2 had plenty of recams, 3D (and scripted frags :P).

9/10 enjoyed it a lot.
