Not really. We've been playing it for years, and it never fails to deliver.

I would say what we call "pissfull" here in Sweden is the best drinking game. I guess you could call it "pissed" in English.
All you do is sit down at a table with only your underwear and drink, all at the same time and an equal amount. The first one to piss in his underwear lose. You preferably play this in your garden with plastic furniture or something. =P
