We have such issues with several players and clans in Europe, even most leagues have PB ON as a default... :/

Because I think apart from the randoms in XS4ALL and the Jolt league players nobody in EU thinks PB works or cares anyway.

And it's much more often to see Americans whine about hackers/etc.

When I say whine I don't mean people calling others hackers on some server, I'm talking the full blown conspiracy style!

Of course people in EU care about hackers but they know PB doesn't work (More so than USA)

Well I've still been forced to play on unfair PB 1 servers rather than fair PB 0 servers more than once.
I can even recall a game vs a swedish clan where we ended up playing in Austria and ping raped (like ~25ms average advantage) them while we had proposed a fair PB 0 server. Honest.

Well we always had to play on terrible low quality .de/.nl servers with PB on but that was more because nobody cared if PB was on/off.

That list was full of euro's cheating.

Just because you don't bring it out publicly doesn't mean there isn't cheating. Or hordes of bitches whining about it.

I didn't mind though.

First thing I did when they added PB to q3 was to delete the whole folder. Never played on a pb server and I never will. I had fun before pb so why should I use something that just lags? :|
Pubbing = begging for a wallhacking asshole to come along, suit yourselves...

you're a lucky one, playing leagues I often was forced to play on PB 1 servers. :(

thats why I chose not to play in sucky leagues :(
