I don't see how that quote relates to your previous post. Madison was essentially talking about those who become wealthy should have a stake in the government's success/failure. Today's stakeholders in US's solvency, besides the citizens, is pretty much China who has extremely large stake in the future solvency of the US.

The constitution in large part is owed to John Locke's socio-political philosophies which is more directed at a sociological perspective rather than a leadership perspective. It is one of the only constitutions written by a man who supports insurrections and governmental upheaval when the government is not working properly...

The constitution is, in my opinion, well crafted, except however it didn't not predict the level back-scratching, pageantry type politics that we see today in the US. Were it my decision, I would amend the constitution to say that all legislative branch members CANNOT reside in Washington D.C.. Currently, lots of these pageant politicians spend year round in the Capitol when they should be living amongst the people they pretend to represent.

Furthermore, I would require a significant amount of education to make a person eligible for legislative branch membership. Although this would, as a result, create an aristocracy by way of superior education, it would cut down on the legislative branch from having people like Carolyn Maloney, Maxine Waters, Nydia M. Velázquez, Barney Frank, and Nancy Pelosi who all have very poor educations but still make very important decisions on behalf of American citizens. And also that other later who asked Geithner on live TV (C-span) how his job duties were constitutional. That lady should be dragged into the streets and shot for her absolute ignorance of how our government functions.

i like the idea of nuclear and i think france has shown it to be a good alternative to many other sources (particularly coal)

Don't have anything against them. I regret they stopped building first nuclear plant here because some dumbass eco-terrorist (but yeah, they could be afraid of soviet technology after 1986, now the technology is much improved). The same goes for the USA, they haven't built any new nuclear plant for 30 years (since Three Mile Island accident).
