1. They're hypocrisies. You always bring out things to "insult" the other person with that you yourself are guilty of. Prime example: an obsession with something inside a game (in your case it's a tiny bit different, because you're obsessed with _people_, and not a game). I, on the other hand, found something I really like, and work on it. Very different.

When exactly was the QL forum "fun times for all"?
When I used to occasionally visit it (mostly to try and make sense of the many technical problems I used to have with QL) it always gave me the impression of visiting the internet equivalent of a whole elementary school high on meth.
Some of the trolls there were so obnoxious and prolific I actually had to put them on ignore, something I've never done before or since on any other forum.
I can't imagine how it could have gotten any worse. If it did, I hope some sociologist is monitoring it, he might gather some interesting insight on the more extreme facets of collective inanity.

it had 300+ users on at any point in the day. now its' between 75-100. more people + no mods = more fun.

He's going to continue finding loopholes. In a way, he's helping id without them realizing it.
