Hi guys, a friend of mine made a neat little tool for arranging/storing Quake3/QuakeLive matches. I helped him with a few ideas and beta testing so i'm submitting it to a few quake-related places that he isn't too familiar with.
Here is his explanation of the concept and i hope you find this program as useful as much as me:
The Q3MM is a small tool that helps you to organize and manage all your wars and matches.
You can sort them, filter them and view all kinds of statistics. For more information look at the feature list and please watch the video!
You dont need to install anything, just download the .rar archive and extract the .exe file. Right then its ready to use. Have fun!
- easy adding, editing and removeing of wars
- easy loading, saving and creating of new of clan profiles, so u can manage more clans at the same time
- war properties: enemy name, war-type, date and time, war-status, comment, gametype and players
- war types: clanwar, funwar (pcw), esl ladder game, clanbase game, cup game
- war statuses: won, lost, not played
- gametypes: duel, freeze tag, team deathmatch, capture the flag, clan arena
- players: 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5, 6v6
- easy filtering of your wars, so you can find what you are searching for quickly
- filtering options: enemy name, war-type, date and time, war-status, comment, gametype and players
- view all kinds of stats: you can view full stats (all wars) or special custom stats that you define by the filter, for example you could watch your stats for freeze tag or for team deathmatch, or for freeze tag vs. s!soul clan etc...
- you can post your own clan statistics in the forum with only a few clicks, you can also get to the important quake 3 sites by link in the program itself
- all settings are saved after you closed the program, for example your wars, your war filter and your stats, so everything will be like it was when you open your war manager on another day
- you dont need to install anything, its just one .exe file with very small size
- the program will remind you if there is a match today, so u cant forget a match (additionally you can make the program start with windows and minimize after startup)
