I did this, and I've liked it so far, but whenever I switch weapons I experience a lil lag. Is there any way to fix it?

I get that too, don't know a way to fix it.
It doesnt bother me much because it's very short and I can't use the new weapon immediately anyway because of switch delay.

omg last night I had a dream where I was playing Rapha in a finals of some LAN Tournament. It was on a map like purgatory with lava everywhere (Even though it was a duel lol) and I was doing a lot of +back damage with rail and plasma and got the first frag. I made him rage in game haha.

i fail to hit any lg with tankjr, which i dont understand, since known lg whores (strenx, evil) use tank. but for me it's too fat, even on lodbias 2.

aim everything at his arm where the weapon is, don't pick the whole model to aim.

the advantage of tankjr is that you can rail peekers from corners, since the fat fuck comes out further than keel you get a millisecond heads up

hitting air rockets is easier on him because hes so fat

also his strafe left-right dodges are non existent especially with playerlean 0, so you don't get twitchy and try to follow his movement too much and over correct your mouse aim on lg (happens on keel with playerlean 1)

for fuck sake, SHOOT THE GREEN ROBOTS, DONT ASK WHICH ONE!!!

cypher switchs back and forth - i have no idea why, most of his amazing aim games are on keel though (i checked youtube cam footage of his screen during competitions, can't fake that shit)

Start practice session with bots, and then issue this commands:

/devmap aerowalk

/addbot Major (whatever bot will do - it should have forced skin you chosen)

/bot_pause 1

And then just shoot around bot model with LG from different perspectives.

After you will do it, there will be no doubt left, that right now TankJr is much better representation of hitbox dimensions then Keel.

but when you hit keel model you also hit the hitbox, unlike with tankjr in some situations

Set Geometry Detail to low and use TankJr to represent the hitbox even more accurately.

Used Tank jr. through q3, forced to use keel in QL. After the hitbox changes, r_lodbias tweaks, timenudge, even going to 120hz monitor... nothing fixes the horrible "rail throughs" on tank jr.
