The CGS CGS Finals are now over at the Sony Pictures Studios in Culver City, California. CGS-Chicago Chimera Chicago Chimera took down CGS-Carolina Core Carolina Core to win the "Team World Final" with a score of [27:15], congratulations United States of America Brian "destrukt" Flander and his team. The team was also awarded the official Dew Trophy which they will hold until the 2008 World Final next year.
"What a rush!" said Brian Flander, GM Chicago Chimera "Even though I never doubted the team's skill and knew they were at the top of their game, it's still a tremendous thrill to beat out the intense competition and win the title of CGS World Champion. I am so proud of them."

CGS-Chicago Chimera Chicago Chimera doa-male DOA4 player Jeremy "Black Mamba" Florence took home the World Final Most Valuable Player award earning himself a further $25,000.
