No! It's coded that way. Something like:

if cl_mouseaccel != 0

To the life of me I can't figure out why you would do this.

This is identical to sens 5.68182 m_yaw 0.022

Anyways here's an easy template to convert a default yaw accel value to yours, just replace the 0.1 with the normal accel value.

ty for reply , but i dont think its the same 5.68182 m_yaw 0.022 and 0.00001 sens 12500. It feels very different to me , maybe more ppl try it let here to know but in mi opinion is different and i want to figure out why. I believe maybe m_pitch and m_yaw do a little accel to mouse too so when u put m_pitch .15 and sens 1 u have accel like .5 and whn u put it way of lower pitch and higher sens accel disappers

Well, it _definitely_ is this way in quakeworld, but that uses different mouse code entirely.

What in_mouse do you use? I'm using in_mouse 2.

I put it through the placebo test like so:

I made three config files:

sens1.cfg:

sensitivity "5"
m_yaw "0.022"
m_pitch "0.022"

sens2.cfg:

sensitivity "0.000000000000000000005"
m_yaw "22000000000000000000"
m_pitch "22000000000000000000"

sens3.cfg:

sensitivity "500000000000000000000"
m_yaw "0.00000000000000000000022"
m_pitch "0.00000000000000000000022"

Then I bound ins to exec sens1, home to exec sens2, pgup to exec sens3.

I ran around in-game for a bit with sens 5, yaw/pitch 0.022.

I then press ins, home, and pgup simultaneously a bunch of times.

Without checking the console I then ran around for a bit, guessing which numbers were active. After some time I checked the console to see if my guess was correct.

I did 10 trials, and I was wrong 7/10 times.

I also tried examining them just by feel, but I couldn't tell any difference.

I recommend running a similar test if you use in_mouse 2 (I didn't test in_mouse 1 or -1).
