I also use shared internet and I am not sure if my landlord will agree to opt out for me. I am also afraid of slower connections when it all will go through that servers/routers or whatever it is. Does it also mean no more playing at hot spots? I have here quite fast virgin hot spot I use all the time when I am outside.

Why Great Britain is going like China, North Korea and other communist countries and censors the Internet? I have always thought this was democratic country where people had choice and freedom.
