Old Abyssus has jittering issues, only the new ones with new firmware works fine

yea I read about the old abyssus, it jittered apparently. I have the mirror version which worked perfect so anything older then that might have the issue.

i got exactly the same issue with my abyssus. No jitter but mousepointer going up/down by 90° sometimes on fast movements

I had it with my abyssus, and still have it on g100. I think it happens when lifting the mouse, repositioning it and doing a quickswipe.
I think it's due to the low quality of my black cloth mousemat, but with 90x45cm I can't be really picky about it.
WMO works fine, but not really like I can even do the same swipes with the neg accel :S

it depends on mousemat
also make sure you're using 450dpi

i'm using 3500dpi for 11 months now

and it works perfectly on my qck heavy.

what does your 11 months have to do with proving your point?

cause abyssus tends to skip at higher values on a greater variety of surfaces

could be the lift off distance. i had the same thing with the deathadder. i fixed it using tape!
