If you want to dominate in the gaming world and more important to succeed in life follow this example. We must realize our body has rights over us.

This means do not be so arrogent to think you can not sleep, or that you can eat junky/fatty food, smoke, and drink alcohol or use any other substances and still perform strong and be consistent. To assume otherwise is to believe that, "I can beat the best player in the world by watching beavis and buthead all day." We must sleep 6-8 hours depending on age, do not over sleep, do not have irregular sleep patterns. It is best to wake up early in the mornings before the sun is up. Next is the importance of the diet. If we put in healthy food we will have more energy, and our minds will be able to focus deeper and for longer periods of time. It is imperative to avoid all drugs including caffine. Drugs creat irregular energy level peaks, which usually stem from increased heart rates. The result is the after effect which I call the downer effect. The heart must be pure, when the heart is pure the whole body is pure. In fact the previous statement comes from the Islamic Holy Bible.

Mental training. As Fazz spoke it is beneficial to practice in multipe games. This is beacue it broadens the scope on ones intellect. Consider a doctor who specializes in the nervous system. If this doctor also knew about the heart then he would be able to relate the influence of the heart on the brain. After all it is the heart that pumps the blood that feuls the brain. A great gamer will have the following qualities, intelligent(good, and quick decision making skills), patience(ability to reamin calm and focused in adversity, and the talent of waiting for the right time to attack the enemy) and memory(timing items, and understanding enemy patterns). Best way to build these skills is reading. I would suggest learning foreign langages, and new mathematics. To be able to see things with you mind is to be powerful. Build your organization skills by practicing organization in your life. Keep your home neat, classes organized, social schedule organized.

Next and most important is the X factor,also known as the zone or killer instinct. Not many humans in the worl have this, and even fewer know how to develop it. I develop this skill by the practice of my religion Islam. I practice good deeds such as community service, treating people well and giving charity to soften my heart so that I can read people better. I pray so I can become more focused and to develop a deeper comprehension. I try to fast every monday and thursday to build strength. They say that one who attains the ability to control his desire for food can control anything. I abstain from women as was commanded to the jews and christians. Women have a way of stealing a mans heart, diverting his concentration away from his goals and onto her body. This includes staying away from porno of all sorts, and even the strict avoidance of any unnecessary social contact with women.

Last notes for those concerned. All mindless activities are bad for a human so do not allow yourself to be lazy. TV is a disease especially with today's programs, movies included. Music is a drug, instruments act on the heart in a similar but less extreme way as to drugs. This is why you will feel active and energetic when music is playing, hence the invention of dance. Stick to your school work and dominate your classes, do not just get good grades but be the best in the world. Life is short and the body is in a constant state of decline. I've seen stranger comments. Here's one made by (st1ngsild) of the norwegian clan Rectum Intruders in the old XSR-days, as an answer to a comment where someone was told to go: (quote)

I would merely like to make clear my objective in the previous post for those who did not understand. The following suggestions are a guide for those who desire success. The role of women is one of equality with men in Islam. Women are not to dress in a way that the shape of their bodies is clearly defined, and they should not show as much skin as they do in America. What would we think if men wore ball hugger jeans, or speedo shorts in public with low cut skin tight shirts? This would be completely perverted and unwanted, yet we accept no limits with women who by nature give off my far more intense sexual persona. Our ways are backwards. When the Quran was revealed 1400 years ago, women were givign the right to vote, to own property, to keep their maiden name, to own their own business, right to education, and many other rights that have only recently been granted to the modern women.

If you eat bad food, if you put intoxcants in your body and if you do evil deeds or are around evil, know that you are messing with your heart.. Each of the following has a similar effect as compared to drug use.

A person with a hard heart is stubborn, and harsh. They are not creative thinkers, and they are not patient people. They live each day as a struggle and they interpre life as a cynic.

Why choose to become a person who can no longer feel love, why let your heart grow hard? Islam teaches you to have a soft and light heart. With a soft heart you feel love for people, you find joy in everything you do. It is easy to grow in widsom and intelligence. Best of all your heart will lead you to paradise while a hard heart leads to hell fire.

A person with a soft heart is creative, flexible, patient, and has a superhero like awareness becsause unlike the evil doer he/she develops his conscience and it becomes his guide.

Our reality is backwards. We live in a world of sports and cinematic entertainment. Professional athlets and actors that make multi-millions per year to keep us entertained. We have films, tv-shows, magazines, video games and theme parks to occupy our time. We are conditioned to feed our emptiness by satisfying our desires. Our natural human desires are exploited to such an extent we cease to feel. This numbing of our senses leads to perverseness. Just look at the serge in homosexuality, the rise of teenage pregnancy, child porno and other pervese porn.

Competition is so fierce in the market place that companies no longer focuse on producing a quality product, rather they concentrate on creating a need. This means people are payed millions of dollars in a marketing lab creating desires for people. Its a game built on profit, this is what capitalism has become. We are humans we can only take so much exposure before our minds start to get weak. This is where we are today, watching silly dating shows, and reality shows. Our movies have no substance, no lessons. We are a bunch of drunk monkies and the party is over.

Just think about all the money wasted in our society trying to entertain(distract) people. The biggest industies in the world are, porno, drugs & alcohol, film, sports. What benefit are we deriving from these multi-billion/yr industries. Our society is not one of happy people, in fact our streets are the most violent on earth, and people are checking themselves into clinics for depression. Children go to school ready to kill their fellow classmates. Why do we not help people find jobs that can benefit our society, why do we let people starve on our own streets let alone all over the world, why don't we have equal education for people. We have been conditioned to be rebellious against all authority, constantly distracting us from the real struggle. We need to get knowledge, we need to wake up because we are at war. We are losing the war because we don't see it and we don't want to fight it. We are addicts and the drug dealer is smiling while counting the cash and laughing at our ignornance.

Humanity is being whiped out and consumerism and heartlessness has taking over. We need to get back to our true essence. Where are the fearless young warriors who will stand for justice? Who will defend the innocent women and children, the weak, the poor. Who will stand for God? If you do not stand for God then know you most certainly stand against God. Those who stand against God will be shamed in this life and held to everlasting torment in the life to come. Know that God needs none of us, He alone is all powerful.
