lg suffers after changing monitor (82 comments)
Posted by Cpt_Price @ 12:39 CST, 12 January 2013 - iMsg
I know someone who recently got a monitor that has a 120 Hz refresh rate and suddenly their lg accuracy went down by approximately 10%. Has anyone else experienced issues like this? nothing else has changed, just the monitor and using it in native resolution.

has anyone seen Jamerio (17 comments)

My anti-brother Jamerio is missing. Can anyone find him!??!? I think he's loaded up with alpha-methyltryptamine and last time I saw him his jaw was locked so he was forced to headbutt a clerk at the dole office. He ran away when they came out of the counter.

I called the constables and the only clues to his whereabouts is a trail of vomit to these bath houses on bend and ninth st.

I am speaking directly for ESReality, Inc. when I state that censorship is good for gaming?

Why is censorship good for gaming? Because it is also good for other things, like removing vulgar language from otherwise acceptable music, it must be good for gaming.

Vulgarity is called vulgarity because it is vulgar. The perverts with craven hearts weep and wail for freedom, all while imprisoning themselves in their parents' basements, eyes tied to monitors like umbilical cords to the wombs of their nurturing mothers, guzzling hacker "memes" with the ferocity of a newborn fawn.

Many of us have some desire to exercise self control. Some of us lack the speed to practice it efficiently, some lack the discipline and willpower, and some others lack the motivation, other still feel nearly nothing when the opportunity to inhibit one's behavior presents.

These others are what we in the professional nursing industry refer to as privileged white autistic kids. From what we know through years of rigorous research of experimental sites such as ESReality, the average Quake player lacks empathy for others in nearly every regard. Some areas in which empathy is displayed, however, are:

- Drug use
- Hygiene habits
- Living standards
- Joblessness
- Living with parents over the age of 23
- Living with parents over the age of 50

Interestingly, living with parents between the ages of 23 and 50 were universally looked upon with violent disapproval, members of the group often referred to by members of the community as "faggots" and "baddies," and to a lesser degree "fgt baddys."

In our research at ESReality, Inc., we have determined that the best approach to balancing the competitive Quake environment is that of censorship.

Empathy displayed by the extremely vocal autistic subgroup of Quake players is similar in substance as that displayed by the majority of players, those who most often refrain from speaking so as not to burden others with their idiocy. Often, autistic Quake players demonstrate a great desire to share and impart wisdom upon other users, but minor triggers upset the delicate balance of their faulty, damaged brains.

Autism is not a sign of stupidity, though. These game playing assassins are likely misunderstood geniuses, hiding their fragile and beautiful selves behind a rugged exterior of addiction and emotional outbursts, a stronger armor than even the porcupine's quills.

Thus, censorship is good for gaming.

exposing Demiurge (15 comments)
Posted by Cpt_Price @ 21:04 CDT, 4 November 2011 - iMsg
Hi guys this is going to be a very short article. I was wondering how people felt if they were to find out that a particular site admin was a hacker?

The admin made some comments in an irc channel a couple of weeks ago about cheating in single-player videogames. Demiurge expressed no concern or shame about providing himself with unlimited resources in games like age of empires (may be incorrect or entirely wrong) and providing himself with free hookers in the award winning kingping: life of crime game.

i'll post his identity when I gather more evidence.
