I've read about theories of an infinite amount of parallel universes being the reason why the brain activity begins about half a second before a person is aware of deciding to act. Some of them may even contain you, in a slightly different form and that we've already made the action in of these parallel universes.

i don't think this changes anything. people's brains are still different from each other. if you believe you are what you are thinking, then that's close enough, because this says what you are thinking has already been thought.

but that thought itself has not changed... which is important to make this entire thing unimportant :) we are creatures of instinct and subconscious. maybe this distinguish'ment' isn't as much in play when one is not doing anything, just thinking to oneself?
