Wooo! Journal update time!

for the past month (or so) i've been eating about 0.5kg of chocolate a day - two to three bars of the shoit! it goes down well with a hot tea or coffee.

ok, ok i've been very bored and don't really have much to do at the moment but this is an insane amount (for me anyway).

It got me thinking, would a 200g bar of chocolate (something like Cadbury dairy milk) contain more sugar than a few pints of, say, lager?

So if i stuffed a choccy bar before bed or drunk four pints, which would be 'worse' for me? I'm still thinking the beer.

jeez i've got to curb this - i'm just so bored at the moment. :/

anyway some side notes: my sleeping patterns are totally fucked up i'm getting up at like 7pm and going to bed at 11am. so today i'm gonna do an all-dayer and go to sleep at about 9pm. hopefully that'll put me on the right tracks.

other side note: i'm going to Le Mans in June to watch the 24hour endurance race. that's gonna be fucking AWESOME. Sooo can't wait for that.
