the salmosa is the best mouse I've owned and I've had a few. I got it instead of the deathadder due to size.

I'm still on my first salmosa, but do they all have the squeak issue? If they do, does the mini as well? It goes away after a week, but I'm hoping that they fix it before I have to pick up a replacement.

my salmosa didn't squeak or atleast there was no noise that bothered me. still not picked the mini up yet not had time.

I picked a Salmosa last week. The LOD is soo high on my Everglide Titan :/ Anyone knows a better clothpad for the salmosa? Somebody tried Puretrak Stealth Pad with the Salmosa?

Besides the announcement, I doubt corepad would offer them at this point. Also, is there any deference between the skates for abyssus and both editions of salmosa?

It's just faulty. I don't have the same control with that mouse as with my g9x. Yes, the shape is excellent, but so is the shape of ec2 zowie. But the sensor is more important! :D

well I picked it up from the post office, really love the size of this thing and suits how I like to hold my mice with fingers.
I imagine the performance is the same as regular salmosa, I say imagine because my netbook doesn't work as well as had hoped. there seems to be some lag coming from somewhere, my nets fine and wired not wireless. fps I have capped at 80. I presume netbooks have pretty cheap lcds (hp mini 311) so could this cause actual lag?
ql also has more mouse input settings doesn't it? will have to play around with those at the weekend.

Yeah I've done that previously with the wmo. I much prefer the "raw-dog" style, no drivers, hotfix etc.
