Group C is VERY interesting. i will enjoy watching this, since they are all almost the same skill level.

Group E is tough as fuck, but we get to watch cypher dominate. 2ND guy is any one of them.

Group F is kind of easy, Fox is always good, but might be shit on new maps. Should switch Garpy and UwU to make shit more even. However it looks like an easy win for FOX, and I love fox so its all good.

I remember CNY is banned so if he can't play, put Garpy in his group and add AGENT/ZSX

I think there is a big chance you won't be seeing cypher in the eu finals without sounding like a douche. Even if he'd move his shit to nl to play he's gonna have a hard time. Both me, dem0n and calipt can take him down if it's online and serak is also strong on high pings cuz he's from where they have gotten used to uber pings. Most times I see someone play one of the big names, I smell fear that in turn results in bad decision making (e.g. not challenging a power up even though they have much more health and armour). You have to believe it first.

He can be stoned and play just for fun, even on zotac. He still top3 of the world, even if he dont give a fuck about tourney or match he is fucking sick. In one match anything can happen, does't say anything. Cypher the only one who can rape high skilled players with 90ms. Strenx, Spartie, Linkin, fox, stremy won't even try to play vs dem0n or madix on 90ms, cos they care, Alex never care :)

Asus and quakecon have a good double elimination system.

rapha got 7th/8th place if i remember correctly on quakecon and cooller won him there didn't drop a single map.

Then it was gamescom, cooller was sorry for rapha it was obvious on the pre-interview and cooller just wanted to get over the loss over at quakcon on final.
So he is like " I am gonna win champion here on gamescom on groupstage aka k1llsen and not drop a map. How i know he gonna win before it ends? Cause i am talking it.

After that game cooller got pissed cause all times unlucky.

Raped rapha on asus cup winners bracket and then losers bracket, but he played against 7 cyphers on final so lost again.

So yeah 4 games(1 gamescom,1 quakecon,2 asus cup) cooller won 3 and in all 3 he didn't drop a map. These are all somewhat recent lan games.
Only one where cooller had pitty for rapha he lost.

Group F is so weird.

Fox has been inactive for (it feels like) years, guard will probably decide not to go to LAN anyway and I don't think the other 3 players in the group are close to being top-12-worthy in duel (yet).


This means that it's pretty likely we'll see 1 or even 2 players advance from this group who won't stand a chance on LAN.

I'd like to see dem0n <-> Nitrino and Garpy <-> Krysa so that Groups C and F are more competitive

On last Dreamhack inactive fox got to semi-final, and he was even more inactive then than now.
Guard is now in sponsored team, there is no reason he wouldn't go to a LAN.
So both your points are kinda weak.

Well yeah, this _could_ both happen, but it's not sure. That's why this group looks so weird to me: in all the other groups, there are 1, 2 or even 3/4 players that will definitely practice to the max and look forward to competing on LAN.

In this case, manager himself said that he is responsible for payment. You can't just punish innocent people when the actual offender turns up and admits his guilt.
And the worst part is not that they are banned but that the ban is lifetime and there's no way to appeal or revise it. I.e. if, for example, police puts criminal charges on them and then court decides they're not guilty, id software still would not unban them.
