Try installing a clean copy of war�ow 0.21
(did you try installing the .21 update over an old (0.12?) install? 0.21 update only works on 0.2 installs)

idd vinski seems to eat rockets up for breakfast and still asks for more... hitscan > projectile in wsw atm, and it seriously pisses me off
