d9 played really well. would love to see them at dreamhack.

high ping? the game they played vs rage 3 of them had 45 ping? atleast on the shot i saw

just remember vor & dis mentioning the high ping a couple of times, havent actually seen a screen

ye D9 actually had lower ping then us (rage) but it was still very similar. max 5ms average advantage for them.

The problem is (atleast it used to be in the "old days") that high ping clans use different tactics (i.e. adapted to high ping)

The consequence being that on LANs high ping clans would be destroyed by teams who were used to playing with low pings all the time (e.g. all the Swedish teams etc), For example the old English 4K would get owned on LAN, not because their individual players were worse, or they practiced less, but simply because their tactics weren't suited to LAN pings.
