can i ask if you know much the cheapest flights to .nz from uk are, and what the best resort is for snowboarding

mmm maybe 900pounds.
best resorts are queenstown (where i am) and wanaka.
both in the south island

actually you could probably get cheaper flights than that.

When I went, booking a year in advance to fly out early Dec they were around £500-550 with Singapore Airlines

Sounds about right, though we went to Aussie land. Singapore Airlines are great, best airline I've traveled with. Though you pay for it...

@ elhefe you can travel pretty cheap assuming time/number of stops isn't an issue. Just takes a bit of research. Know that "google is our friend", but a good travel agent is a better friend x]

Because my wife couldn't plan that far in advance we missed them cheap via Singapore Airlines but managed to get the same flights for £575 I think through www.opodo.com
