it is still your 22nd birthday if you count the real one ;)

why am i being forced to define a birthday, I was born 6/3/84, meaning on the 6/3/2005 I have been alive for 21 years & which is what an 'age' is, I am celebrating my birthday & the fact that I am 21 years of age, so 22 birthdays yes, but 21 years old.
& without anybody else becoming pedantic, do you all celebrate your age or the number of birthdays including your actual day of birth?
