It sure as hell isnt quake 4

Quake 4 has one of the greatest mouse inputs.

You can see those turns are instant. They take some time in DBT.

Another great mouse input game is Overwatch. On par / slightly better than Quake 4.

Diabotical has mouse issues, like input lag or something. It has graphical engine issues, like you turn mouse and the game is not rendered properly or is blurry.

Overwatch and Quake 4 > diabotical mouse input.

Quake 1 and Reflex. UE1 engine games with right config felt nice too

Diabotical. Quake 3 (not quake live)

Diabotical is far from quake 4 or overwatch, it might be due to anticheat or some other bugs, but mouse input is not as good as they claim to be.
