They delayed the stream to not then coincide with the Bethesda stream for Evil Within 2.

tyranic joke, i feel Adam's pain in his eyes. After that he punched him, which means he is not joking.

This is quite good news. Hopefully a lot of the issues with stuttering and lags will be fixed in October. Sounds like their servers cannot cope with the overly ambitious hit detection on animations the way they are.
