i'm 2202 elo at CA 4v4 without even playing it

in 1v1 or 2v2 CA i beat pretty much all elo heroes (including the duelers)

yeah i know you will say 1v1/2v2 CA is not quake, means nothing, and blablabla

ra3/clan arena IS quake, just like DeFraG IS quake, CPM IS quake, reflex IS quake

quake isn't only about duel.

and anyway quake champions will be about new 5v5 teammode, so practicing duel at this point seems pretty useless, or at least not an obligation to be good at QC

And I don't think you can really be one, either. Even Jamerio represents Quake and the Quake community more than you do, because he actually had more than 1200 elo in duel, tdm and ctf (unlike you), and he participated in live and offline community events and tournaments (against your zero participations). He lived Quake; you lived warmup mode, and in your case in the most isolated way possible.

BTW, life spoiler: you are not going to play QC for more than a couple of months, plus probably playing with only one character.

When I first heard about her abilities, my first reaction was disgust and thinking Blizzard lost their minds but then I watched some people playing her from Blizzcon and I think she might work out. Seems like playing a good Sombra is going to take some skills and she will definitely shake up some fights.

Still not sure if she will work but it could be part of what the game needed to make the fights a little more unpredictable. I think that in order for a team to win, they're going to have to have a great Sombra player.

It's more disable based gameplay though. Rather than giving us ways to do sick stuff they're focusing on shutting down the enemy for easy kills.
