Hi,
Anyone interested to help in making of the community driven quake web portal for ex-yu region, should feel free to contact me (especially people familiar with php/mysql/html).
Site is already in the works (contact me to ask about CMS we are using and what exactly needs to be done further), and anyone who can dedicate time and effort, can be a great addition to the local community (both developers and admins needed).
There is also an irc channel open at
#quakeportal.
