I would just like to add as an unsatisfied and highly annoyed Quake Live player (and the only pro female player in my country) that Quake live and its support team are not here to help you at all once you have been falsely accused of something.

I recently had my account banned due to one of three reasons (namely hacking and use of third party material to gain advantage in game). I have asked Quake live support to provide me with evidence to abck up their accusations and they are not even willing to respond to my e-mails.

I suggest you never pay for a pro or premium subscription account as the way i see it is they take your money and offer you no support in return for the support that you have given them.

I can no longer even create a new account as they have banned Quake live from location.

Would someone be so kind as to provide me with a person i can liaise with directly to get the issue resolved as i am innocent and they are not willing to allow me to prove it.
