I find it pretty fun, although it's frustrating when one idiot messes it up for everyone. I'm not exactly sure if it works like this, but I think you can make/join a private team just by going to:

Try it out anyway, see how well an esreality team can do.

This is my best result so far with randoms, I'm sure 4 quakers together can do better!
