German "Diplom" is not the same as a diploma in other parts of the world.

The closest comparison is actually the master degree, to what they now renamed the Diploma. A few of the rules and requirements were changed, but that's it.
And then you still have different degrees of difficulty for getting a master's degree in engineering between different German universities, let alone universities in other countries.

ok the danish model is more like:

bachelor in engineering = 3 years
(useless you need diploma or master to get a job, but you can start on both after the bachelor)

diploma = 3½ years
(including some real-life training)

master = 5 or 5½ years
(depending on whether you first took a diploma or bachelor)

They renamed a few years ago to become more "international".

In fact, at least at my uni, the new master studies are an almost exact copy of the old diploma. Hence, why I don't see a real superiority in either.

solution is easy, the mistake lies with you. Your country didn't copy the German 100%, but instead included a BSc, which we didnÄ't have until a few years ago. We had something called "Vordiplom" (pre-diploma) or "cand. mech" which needed 2 years of studies and was mandatory for continiing to Dipl.- ing. And was worthless on the job market, which is why noone ever mentions it.

So, I am a Dipl.-Wi.-Ing, with the "Wi" for the business part.

Starcraft ist wie WoW eben ein typisches Blizzard-N00b-Game ... in Quake wird man halt 40:-3 zerstört, in Starcraft kann man sich die halbe Partie lang aufbauen und sich in seiner Festung ausruhen und der Illusion erliegen man hätte tatsächlich Skill .
