This fixes some crashes with spec demos and adds support for the quakelive default ad textures (as requested).

I forgot to mention that this mod includes support for watching other players in your demos.

type "/players" in console to get a list of players and then
"/follow [player number]"
Use "/follow -1" to return to the demo taker's pov.

cant start the demo
i copied all the paks into baseq3 and the demo into wolfcam/demo but when i click onto the demo in the menu, nothing happens

You need to find the magical play button, which is in the lower right which you only can see once you hover over it.

This thing works pretty well if you'd ask me.

The readme is pretty shit. Where do I copy this stuff. I put it everywhere yet I keep getting a "could not load default.cfg" error.

Edit: figured it out. Double clicking the demo doesn't open it in the program.

Edit: I see. You made the play button invisible. Smart.

Put the EXE and all that stuff in here

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\id Software\quakelive

You then have to copy the demos to....

C:\Documents and Settings\User\Application Data\id Software\quakelive\wolfcam-ql\demos

Why there is no readme that explains this, and why I now have to have two copies of my demos, and why the play button is invisible, is beyond me.

you dont need to copy it there, you can start it from anywhere you want. just copy all pak files into the baseq3 folder + the demos into wolfcam/demo and you are good to go

Hardlink the two demo folders?

edit: You can do a symlink instead of a hardlink. It's the way to go.

Following other people doesn't work for me. When ever i try to follow someone else than the original one it just goes into infinite loop of rotating povs.

Needs to be close enough to the demo taker, jumps to the demo takers pov if the one you want to follow is too far away.

Bug reports:
- Sparks aren't drawn, get the 3 vector placeholder instead. Seems to happen with some other models but I don't know what they are.
- QL billboards are inverted.
- Sound is horrible. This might come from whatever source port you started with. I hear jump pad sounds all over the place and it stutters quite regularly.

Feature requests:
- +scores during playback without stopping playback.
