Yeah really mygel that we didnt tell you that we were supposed to play, had to be really hard to get that info the same way we did. Maybe you even had to look at your mail.

You know at start i actually would have agreed to reschedule the match _but_ when you choosed to approach the whole situation the lame way you did i kind of abandoned that option. Instead of saying " We are truly sorry for wasting an evening for you guys wont happen again " , you went offensive and blamed it all on us. Maybe you want us to tell you when school/work start also ?

Also it was our first forfeit win. We never intend to win that way since we all play the game for fun, do you ?

It's too late obviously no matter what approach we use so dont even try, the moment you cried to xou it was decided.
If you actually wanted a reschedule you should have told xou that at the time and/or actually spam someone on irc - but you didn't even try.
If you would have pm'd me we would have played the game by now.

afterwards I heard nace got messaged while he was playing public but thats it, nothing on irc I can really tell you were trying

I asked in your irc channel but got no reply. Nace was playing a clan arena game with "u vs", so I asked him using tell_buddy. He said none of you were there. We asked zamuz who replied he doesn't play tdm. As for tybalt he stated on the ESL page 16 minutes prior to game he wasn't at home. Dibbe replied with a smiley (":O"), but I think I only slapped him.

The amount of CB games that I've played against the more well known teams who just don't turn up or even attempt to organise themselves is shocking to say the least.

This is so rediculus. I think most teams that usually show up for games are sick and tired of other teams just not showing up ("we didn't know, duuuuuuuuuuuuh).
What would have happened if we would have told you that it was bad mannered for you to not show up? Most probably we would have gotten the answer "stop whining, let's just reschedule the match". NO, it's not just to fucking reschedule the match. We had people there sacrificing time waiting for a game that didn't happen. That suck, and you know it.
Then tybalt comes and makes an ass of himself in the protest post on the ESL site saying "Well, I got no info about it", but it was RIGHT THERE; first damn post!
And this: "Im not getting any matchinfo by mail." What about it? It's again your fault for not registring correctly to get the emails, one would think it's good for AT LEAST two people in the team to get the mails, right? We have three or more that recieves this, who also looked in the damn protest post and wrote there.
You screwed up, just admit it and do not lay even one ounce of guilt on us. Because we don't deserve it.

Yes, exactly. Of course we would understand if people couldn't play the game at the set date because of IRL stuff. And that was what the protest post was about, a place where they could write if that were the case. Since they didn't, we thought they didn't have a problem with the set date. =(

I wasn't going to get involved in this little war of words, but you have left me with no choice. Unfortunately this time of year is very stressful and arduous times for a student like myself. I have been left with no time for dealing with the team at the moment and it saddens me that we get punished due to my personal life. I explained and apologized to the team for my lack of informing them regarding this games date and time. However; I did ask ironbyte to get in touch with fazz in order to get the game played. We actually did have a full team ready to play; yet ironbyte wrote not one word regarding the game in our channel; nor did he contact fazz. Also; the people who he did contact was nace - who was playing public and responded after you (eldvakt) had gone ahead and taken your forfeit win. You also contacted dibbe with a slap; which he responded to with a smiley. No offence to ironbyte, but you guys really didnt make a real attempt to get this game played at all. I was going to care about this matter and take the forfeit, but now that I have found out how you dealed with this situation I will take the time to find out whether or not this major penalty point is indeed valid. Lock, I am in charge of the entire QL team and managing part; without me this 'well oiled machine' doesn't run.

He responded immediately (in the ql chat), despite playing ca with "u vs", (clan war or practise game, I don't know.) He also tried to gather your team and said noone was there. I think I did more than either of you did.

The admins didn't reply until the next day. I informed them about your noshow. The forfeit loss was set according to the rules. (well, xou replied asking me to talk to s4ti, who didn't reply)

Good thing that frozen and cooller decided to play the final of the Xmas Massacre 2on2 final vs zyv and noctis today at 21:30 CET. Cooller also have a game vs AllteR at 21:00 according to frozen, but that can't be right (thinking about the ESR bet time)?
