This could be the last event we see Jaedong in. =(

why?

The player auctions just happened, where players from any team can go "neutral", and have other teams bid on them. This is when players get to renegotiate their contract, or find a new team.

Jaedong actually wanted to stay with Oz (surprisingly), but his parents get the final say, and they wanted more money than Oz was willing to pay for Jaedong. Jaedong went to the player auction, but no team would bid on him because he told them that he wanted to play for Oz. If a deal between his parents and Oz is not reached before the 31st, Jaedong will be retiring from Starcraft, and will be attending school in America.
