It's a bit harder in 1v1 with decent players. But if you are <=30ms, it becomes quite alot easier.

I saw him in a CA 2on2 on DM17 on the same team as I was. He fragged on guy airborn with plasma... it was awsome. The other guy came flying from one side, and got hit by just about every cell from Belths plasma while flying over the map.. it was cool.. and of course no one recorded ;)

Belth really is not a good 1on1 player! He is to agressive, and dosent stick a chance among the top 1on1 players... The lg aim comes from the opponent, not from himself... When you play against belth you can easy win a shaft duel against him... If youre elit ofcourse...

I doubt he's played on many LANs, and that's a pretty bad generalization, considering you're only talking about one LAN really (Scandinavian WCG qual, which had players like proZac/Aim, etc). He's a good player.

first ping 20 is lan as I know it.
second the shaft aiming... belth is playing for stats with shaft.
he doesnt shoot predictive like most other players. he even pauses during a duel just to get "secure" shots.
there are many, MANY other topplayers that would get such high accuricy if theyd shoot that way.
in my opinion stelam has one of the best if not the best shaftaim.

as #32 beeing me I can tell u that in most of the matches at lan I have shaft above 30% and Im not playing for stats.
Im not saying belth is a bad player or has bad shaftaim, Im just explaining how he gets this accuricy which is much higher then all topplayers have.

I just wanted to say that Belth is imo REALLY good with shaft, and reach easily any other top players's shaft aim (like stelam's one), even if he shots for stats.
Btw i'm a medium player and i'm shooting at 30% in LAN too. I said 35% and for me the difference is important.

Hello, im the guy getting owned in this demo ;P. Ive played in the same clan and at lan with belth at several occations. The reason that he stops shafting the momen the crosshair is easy, dont waste ammo ?. Maybe not so important in duel as in tdm though. When he shafts he "flicks" the crosshair right back to the opponent all the time. Btw, he has played prozac on lan and i can say it was pretty close :P. Btw, his mg aim is much worse than his lg

what i'd like to know is how good you consider yourself Molgan? i'm not goin to get into how good or bad i think belth is...but one thing i've noticed is his compitition. i've never really heard of any of them. belth plays smart on ztn, no doubt...but his enemies rarely do. in fact just in this demo i saw Molgan miss ya a couple of times. Belth is tight on ztn...he's got timing down pretty well on it, but show me him playing czm, pele, lexer, z4, blokey, socraties, etc. before i, or anyone, can really say how good or bad he is.

What about belth's shaft? Good, yes, against this fella.
If to check out, belth shafted him only when he moved standartly, predictable, i.e. jumped to RA, just jumped sidewards, tryed to run away etc, so in a game against some other (read more clever) guy, belth won't get the chance to "rock". When this guy tryed to dodge a little bit, belth stopped shafting waiting for him to make a mistake. I strongly doubt that this shafting technique will help him against good player. Btw, I never saw belth hitting >40% in TDM, can anyone give me the link to a demo?

I don't know Molgan. I just say what I think after watching the demo, he couldn't even resist for some time.
If he plays in EC5, then he's probably good at TDM, but in 1v1 he looks like newbie.

Mayb he is, but when ur an EC 5 player, i think u still have nice aiming/movements :D. But I guess his duell skills are a bit lower indeed :P

In TDM personal skill means less than in 1v1. So a good TDM player doesn't mean crazy shooter, except for some persons, such as fazz, panicore, prozac, czm etc
TDM need teamwork, unless you're Z4 ;-]
But even Z4 can be 0wn3d in TDM by some decent players, who can overshoot him in some situations...

He, i�ve stopped playing duel. 6 months ago i played even with Belth and many other of the "q3 elite" players. Im really bored with q3 and doesnt even play ec5 for my clan.
