Phrantic is fucking epic fun. It's a class dynamic map. No rail, no mega, some great spots to grenade, some interesting jumps (once you get used to the pipe jump it's pretty decent). The American ESL has Phrantic in the pool and the DaHang vs Heuurr (or whatever his name was :P) demo I posted was pretty cool I thought :P

I have to check that demo, so far all phrantic games I've played were utterly boring because of the way the map is played.

I came to play zotac for fun(today), not to win. I played, like I wanted. Scores wasn't +20 yes? And that monkey somehow reached finals. I wish all monkeys could play so average like me.

I know I suck in top level, I am max top20 player in world, so often reach finals (not win) is good for me. One day you play better, other worse, I often do strange agresive attacks, but thats how I play, thats how I love to play.

after change to abyssus cooller's aim seems more stable due to higher speed where mouse negaccel comes in eventhough he got huge ingame accel, and rail improved even more due to lower button response time

It's all in the "zero-acoustic Ultraslick mouse feet" if you ask me.

abyssus has been tested like the MS mice, they came to the conclusion that it has a 10ms lower clicking delay

even when i didn't see this zotac the thing is you adjust your game to your hardware, lag, etc.; and also 10ms is not a big deal really.

the differences are in the wmo thread but in the end abyssus feels more comfortable to use and it has overall better build quality, especially mousefeet and not being slippery.

The problem with that logic is this: yesterday I played some ca (the only thing I play now since I've never been a 1v1 player, no one here plays tdm, ql's ctf is meh really in comparison to older quakes and other fps games, and there are no more mods) and I'm miles better with a wmo than with an abyssus because I'm very used to it.

The map pool looks pretty balanced though. We basically have 3 maps that are aim heavy and 3 maps that are smarts heavy and a map that is the sorta like the blend of the both. Keep in mind that all maps can be played with aim and smarts.
