Maps:
Allowed maps are DM2, DM4, DM6, Aerowalk and Ztndm3.
Both players will choose a map. Both players must tell their maps before the match starts.
The first map to play is the one of the higher seeded player.
Winning the match requires winning two maps.
In 1-1 situation:
If one map has been played twice, it will be the decider aswell. If there has been two different maps played, the third map will be determined by this formula: each player tells which one of the remaining 3 maps he doesn't want to play. The map which is left over will be the decider. First map winner picks first.
Finals is best of 5 (3 maps to win). A map cannot be played twice. Map selection is as above. If a 4th. map is necessary, it is chosen by the player who is behind 1-2 in maps. The 5th. map (if necessary) is then the map which haven't got selected yet.
Servers:
Since there are players from several different nations in ESo, be prepared to play with higher ping than you're used to.
The match must be played on a server where the average ping difference between players is smallest.
To assist you in finding servers you may refer to the Quakeworld.nu updated serverlist at duelmania.
If you cant agree with your opponent about the server, please contact admins about it. Admin decision is final.
Admins:
It is required to have an admin present during your game. The games are scheduled and there will be an admin available for all games.
If you have any questions ot problems prior your game, you can find us at channel #eso.qw on QuakeNet, everyone who has “@” in front of their nicks should be an admin.
