Hi guys, I was wondering since beta has been out for a few days now and there must be people who played with medium to high ping, how is quake champions netcode? Right now at ping 90 most of my LG shots seem to miss even if I get a lock on... how is it like to LG in medium - high ping in quake champions? or using the railgun ? What's the delag limit? Someone told me it's much higher than in QL but I just want to confirm it..

Hope it doesn't break any NDA or anything.......

Someone pass this message to the marketing and promotion team of quake champions. They should promote the game in south asia a lot. Countries like china, singapore, india etc etc have huge potential to take the game to the numbers it really wants.

Quake 3 was really only famous and catered to the american and european audience. I hope they don't miss the chance this time around and also promote the game in south asia too. I love quake and such a rich player base not being taken seriously really saddens me.

Once a game becomes famous at my place, it really booms. For example my country has a huge CS culture. So much so that even today CS 1.6 has like 50 servers running with 20 something people on each one of them. Quake is definitely more addictive than CS so just imagine how much QC can boom if promoted well.

So if someone can pass this message, please do so to the marketing team. It will be a big win win for us quakers!!

Hi guys, i come from quake 3 1.16n and been playing it for quite some time. But now when i come to quake live, the mouse and everything feels different. The rails which i would hit easily in quake 3 i am no longer able to hit in quake live.

For some reason, the mouse seems to move slowly. I have the same cm/360 for both games, but it "feels" much faster in quake 3 compared to quake live. For example, when i try to do a 180 turn i can do it freely in quake 3 but it seems like i get stopped at about 120 degrees in quake live, for the same cm/360

I have heard that it has something to do with fov and screen size. My mouseaccel is 0 in q3, sensitivity is 5, fov 90 and screen size is 640x480. Can u suggest me settings to get close to the q3 feel? I really wanna do well in ql like i did inn q3.

Kindly give me reason as to why that could be? it has affected my flicking in a great way. Hopefully i can get an answer so that i can do great in QL too :p
