The flat iron building was the first skyscraper in New York, standing at a mere 22 floors, which is still bigger than anything in Cardiff to this day...
Millenium Stadium is taller yes (not by much though), but I was on about buildings rather than sports stadiums. the tallest skyscraper here in the city I live in (Cardiff) is 20 stories and is currently empty.
