Takes more physical effort to aim with low sens, especially if enemy is close and is proficient at dodging, cutting you off and suprising you.

Takes more time and energy to flick or turn around in those situations. With high sens it's just a matter of swiping a little and keeping your wrist mostly in place and having accurate muscle memory to perform the flicks. Long range stuff is harder when high sens, but that's where zoom comes in handy.

In the end it's all about being proactive in thinking and controlling the map. That way you can predict where your opponent is/is going to come from so you can already prepare to hit an initial rocket into 100 lg. Awareness has the biggest impact on the result of a duel anyways, not sens. So just stick with what feels possible/comfortable and focus on improving gameplay facets.
