teein and koffein ( coffein ) have the same chemical agent, they are identical. the teein in tea is more strongly connected to other substances so the effect kicks not in as heavy and as fast as when you have coffee.

so if you drink tea, it's not less bad.

As you said, they are bound differently, that's the reason for the name teein. coffein dissipates in the stomach, which is very fast, teein dissipates in the colon, much more slowly and over a longer period of time.

No, the healthy aspect of tee is in all other ingridients bersides the teein. Green tee with less teein is much healthier even.
