It isn't really that different, and aside from the fact that it has crosshair-pulsing I like it ;)

However if we put aside minor cvars like that (because I'm sure we all have our own take on them) and we focus on what is really making it look different it comes down to vertex light. That's actually the only big difference. Looks like both '15 and '16 are running picmip 6 but only '16 has vertex light. The '16 VOD might not have as much r_gamma either. I dunno is it "really bad now" or is it just "vertex now".

They both look okay to me, but I stream with vertex off and play with vertex on so maybe I'm just not picky enough =)

first one was streamed by green with his own config, second one is with cooke's config.

spart1e plays quite often and fazz was always a very good player, but today he had his aim on, like really on.

Cant tell about spartie, but I watched fazz stream in pre-overwatch time a lot: he simply plays awesome: aimheavy and brainheavy. Very enjoyable to watch.
