All my mice are much worse on all my mousepads. I see nothing wrong.

it looks like he has little jitter. Maybe he can try to clean the sensor, or the mousepad with cloth. However I had one abyssus which had extreme jitter, I sent it back after using LoL codes, and they accepted, I said sorry in the letter :)

the jitter should be still normal, with this sensor set to high DPI.

From looking at your pic it just looks like to high dpi
