most of the maps you want are ql specific so i don't think they exist for q3...

Sinister, Silence, Furious Heights, Cure,Hektic... all ql maps ..... furious heights may exist as a q3 map

toxicity is a cpm map made by pukka... you should be able to find it. should be under pukkatourney... not sure which number ie pukkatourney1, pukkatourney2 ect

house of decay i think is from team arena... but there is a q3 version but no tele's i think.. was re-imagined for ql

Furious heights was made by method and is QL exclusive. There is a Remake of Hektik for q3 (ws.q3df.org). The other maps are only available for QL except for some ripped russian compilations.

'House of Decay' and 'Hidden Fortress' were both released originally for the Sega Dreamcast (think the 1st one also made Team Arena..? I'd need to check)
but back then it was called 'Blue Monday' and had a better look and textures to it.

It's available in the Dreamcast map-pack
and will automatically slip into your QIII pk3

as stated above by Gobotz though - the teleporters work differently

ie. on DM17 you don't die if you fall off into the void - you just 'warp' back and respawn - ridiculous :o)

You may get on better looking for some of the maps by finding out their original names. A lot of them were stupidly changed when they were re-worked for Quake Live. There should be a list with new and old names somewhere. Find that first - then search lvlworld or Mr Google for the maps you want - you'll be able to get most - bear in mind though that there will likely be some differences to what your're used to.

'Almost Lost' is also out there for QIII (original Tourney 6?)

So find the original names or better still map numbers - and you'll do ok.

If you want to post the exact maps you're looking for I'll help you find them..
as cityy says though - you won't get 'Furious Heights' (officially)

The Dreamcast port of Quake III Arena by Raster Productions was very good indeed..
both in looks and in staying faithful to the original game.

(Some of the people responsible for maps here ended up working for id on level design)

There were a mouse and keyboard available and if people with pc's downloaded the Dreamcast map-pack you could play against each other online.

The best two maps made it across to Quake Live and they were 'Hidden Fortress' and 'Blue Monday' (which was re-textured for 'Team Arena' and re-named 'House of Decay') they also reworked the teleporters and made them reversible.

I remember telling 2GD and Joe about these when they were released and they went on about it on an IEM show :o)

This will give you a list of all the Dreamcast maps with info if you want to read into them.

As I said in my earlier post most of the well known Quake III Arena maps made the port to the Dreamcast.
The larger maps - like 'Devastation' were just too big for the machine to cope with..
and strangely - T4 'Vertical Vengeance' never made it either.

There was a pack of Dreamcast exclusive maps that were (to my knowledge) never ported over. They were smaller in size and had limited textures to allow 4 player split-screen games on the machine. They didn't look any worse than using picmip.. and a few may have been decent for FFA games on the pc.

I've only found his asylum port from here. The other link on goodgame is dead.
The torrent on rutracker is of no use to me since I'm not registered there :(

So I've talked to him and he gave me this QuakeLive mappack. It's way more recent than QU4KEZER0.pk3, dated 2014-06-01.
